They are not medical products and do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Results may vary depending on hair type, prior treatments, and maintenance routine.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before purchase. A patch test is recommended.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders

• Limit quantities

• Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions

An order is only confirmed once payment has cleared.

5. Shipping & Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

House of Chuft is not responsible for incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & CPA Compliance

Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, products cannot be returned for change of mind.

However, nothing in this policy limits your rights under Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act.

If a product is defective, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of purchase, subject to assessment.

Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographic evidence.

We reserve the right to inspect and assess all returned products before approving any remedy.
