Order Processing


Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once payment is received.


During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.



Delivery Timeframes


We ship within South Africa. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.


Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, or peak periods.



Shipping Fees


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.



Risk & Ownership


Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership passes once full payment is received.



Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses


Customers must provide accurate shipping information. House of Chuft is not responsible for parcels delivered incorrectly due to customer error. Returned parcels due to incorrect details may incur additional shipping charges.



Damaged or Missing Parcels


If a parcel arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours at:

Include: order number, photos, and a brief description. Claims will be assessed and resolved with a replacement where approved.
